Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 June 2026

PanTrove (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use PanTrove and how we handle it. We aim to comply with the data-protection and privacy laws that apply to us.

Information we collect

You can browse PanTrove without creating an account or giving us personal information. We do not ask for your name, email or payment details to use the site. We collect:

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data, which may include a truncated/anonymised IP address and a randomly generated identifier. This data is processed by Google; see Google’s Privacy Policy. We have enabled IP anonymisation where available and do not use this data to identify you personally.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them only for analytics as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site.

Location

Some features (for example sorting emergency clinics by distance) can use your device’s location. This only happens with your permission, is processed in your browser, and is not sent to our servers or stored by us.

Third-party services

To deliver the site we rely on third parties who may receive technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies:

Advertising & affiliate links

If we display advertising or use affiliate links in future, those partners may set their own cookies. We will update this policy and label such content. See our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure. We do not currently sell your personal information.

How we use information

To operate, maintain and improve the site, understand usage trends, respond to your enquiries, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

Aggregate analytics are retained according to our analytics provider’s settings. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. We take reasonable steps to protect information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@pantrove.com. You can also control analytics via your browser as described above.

Children

PanTrove is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
