What PanTrove is

PanTrove is a free, independent information directory that helps people compare veterinary clinics. We compile information primarily from each clinic’s own public website and other public sources, and present a summary and a completeness score.

Information is general, not advice

Content on the site is general information only. It is not veterinary, medical, legal or professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s health.

Accuracy & no guarantee

We work to keep information accurate, but details such as services, hours, phone numbers, pricing and emergency availability change often and may be out of date or contain errors. We make no warranty that the site is accurate, complete or current. Always confirm details directly with the clinic before relying on them.

Our completeness score

The completeness score measures how much verified information a clinic publishes about itself. It is not a measure of medical quality, safety or outcomes, and is not an endorsement. See our methodology.

No endorsement

A clinic appearing on PanTrove is not a recommendation or endorsement, and the order in which clinics appear does not imply one is “better”. We do not have a commercial relationship with the clinics we list.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites (clinics, maps and others). We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including scraping or bulk-copying our content, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The PanTrove name, design, original text and the compilation of data are our property and protected by law. Factual details about clinics belong to the respective clinics. You may link to our pages.

Clinic owners

If you operate a listed clinic and want a detail corrected or your listing removed, email hello@pantrove.com.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanTrove is provided “as is” and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
